Use your Sensi app to discover the smart home integrations available to you.
Combining the power and functionality of your Sensi thermostat with your smart home platform of choice—whether it’s Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant, Apple HomeKit™ or Samsung SmartThings — creates a seamless, simplified smart home experience. And now you can use your Sensi app to detect and select smart integrations compatible with your Sensi thermostat. You can even use the app to begin connecting and syncing to your smart home system of choice.
Navigating the new upgrade.
From the dashboard screen on your Sensi app, tap the icon on the right side of your screen to access your Account Settings. Once there, you’ll see the option to explore “Smart Integrations”. This tab will bring up the suite of smart home integrations compatible with your Sensi thermostat (check this tab often—you never know when we’ll add additional smart home platforms). From this screen, you can tap on the smart home system you use or want to begin using to learn more about its functionalities and capabilities, as well start the process of connecting your Sensi to that specific smart home platform.
Brand new functionality, same great app.
While you’re exploring the new Smart Integration upgrade, take the opportunity to refamiliarize yourself with some of the other helpful functions within the Sensi app. It truly is the remote control of your Sensi thermostat, giving you instant access to manage your Sensi from across the room or across the country.
- Program customized schedules for each day of the week to best accommodate your family’s routine
- Prevent kids (or over-eager spouses) from changing the thermostat on the wall by locking the keypad
- Remotely circulate air throughout your house—without even turning on your HVAC system—to keep air from getting stagnant
