Smart Alert: High Humidity
The High Humidity smart alert indicates that the humidity level inside your home is greater than 70%. Your cooling system may not be removing moisture from the air effectively.
Open doors/windows
If the weather is nice, you may have turned off your HVAC system and opened the doors and windows, allowing outside air in the home. If this is the case, you can close all doors/windows and turn on your cooling system to bring down the humidity, if desired.
Not Cooling

Adjusting humidity reading
If you believe the thermostat is not accurately reading the relative humidity in the home, you can adjust the reading on the thermostat. Learn how to use the Humidity Offset feature here.
