How do I program an Auto Heat/Cool schedule?
Sensi thermostat has a feature called Auto Mode, which allows the thermostat to switch from Heat to Cool, or Cool to Heat automatically.
Setting a schedule in Auto Mode is exactly like setting a schedule in Cool or Heat Mode, except you will be setting two set temperatures instead of one. Auto Mode needs a cooling set temperature and a heating set temperature, so it knows which system to turn on.
Add Event
When you add a new event or edit an event, you’ll set two temperatures: a heating and cooling setpoint. If the room temperature goes above the cooling setpoint, your cooling system will come on. If the room temperature goes below the heating setpoint, your heating system will come on.
After you save the event, you’ll see “Keep between” and your two set temperatures. While the room temperature is between these two temperatures, nothing will run.
